I also downloaded drivers from Realtek's website after uninstalling the Realtek drivers from my computer. After that didn't work, I updated the driver using the 'Browse my computer's files for driver updates.' option and selected Realtek for updating. To answer your question, I was referring to the audio drivers being updated by going into Device Manager and clicking Update Driver then selecting 'Search web for new drivers.' option. Currently, the BIOS version I'm running is A14. I'm not entirely sure, but I constantly looked for BIOS driver updates (due to booting problems) and I assume I was as up-to-date as possible.
